Christy's retains the right to govern goods and services sold to clients and to maintain the level and integrity of our business. Christy's has the right to terminate the auction at any time; withdrawal from sale of any item; to sell at this auction items not listed; to group one of more lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide into two lots or more selling lots. The auction company also reserves the right to sell all of the items listed in bulk.
No Liability:
a) Christy's assumes no liability for your purchases. The buyer assumes and does agree to indemnify and hold the auction company and seller harmless from any future claim that shall pertain to fitness or use of the asset being purchased. b) Persons attending during exhibition, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release and indemnify the Auction Company from liability therefore. Neither the Auction Company nor its principal or seller shall be liable by reason of any defect in or condition of the premises in which the sale is held. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be required to be litigated, arbitrated, or mediated in Marion County, Indiana.
Compliance with the Terms of Sale:
a) In default of payment of bills in full within the time announced for this auction the Auction Company in addition to all other remedies allowed by law, may retain all monies received as deposit or otherwise, as liquidated damages. b) Christy’s is in complete accordance with Indiana statutes and Indiana Administrative codes, Title 25, Title 812, Department of Revenue Tax Bulletin #20, and Reference IC 6-2-

No allowance will be made or sale set aside on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging or any imperfection not noted. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold “as is” and without recourse.
Christy's requires any and all buyers to preview and make your own opinion of conditions.
BIDDER REGISTRATION:
Bidders must be 21 years of age or older, and are required to register for the auction. In registration, Bidder must submit information found to be current, complete, and accurate for proper identification. Auctioneer does not sell or rent this information. Auctioneer uses email mailing lists to notify customers about online and live auctions. Customers who do not wish to be notified should contact the office of the Auctioneer and request removal from the email mailing list. Bidder is responsible for security of his/her bidding number/user name and password, and any and all bids placed under the assigned number-ID. Auctioneer should be notified immediately if Bidder believes number and/or password have been compromised. Auctioneer reserves the right to terminate registration, deny any person for any reason permission or access to bid, to reject any and all bids, and to suspend or ban Bidder from bidding, at Auctioneers sole discretion. Bidder registration is not transferable or assignable.

IC 7.1-3-6.2-6 Presence required to participate in auction; requirements for designated person to give alcoholic beverage prize away
Sec. 6. (a) An individual must be present in order to bid on and purchase an alcoholic beverage at auction. The successful bidder must be given the alcoholic beverage in person by an individual designated by the qualified organization.
(b) The individual designated by the qualified organization to give away an alcoholic beverage purchased at the auction must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. The individual may not be required to obtain an employee's permit under IC 7.1-3-18-9 or a temporary bartender's permit under IC 7.1-3-18-11 to give away an alcoholic beverage purchased at the auction.
(c) When giving away an alcoholic beverage purchased at the auction, the individual designated by the qualified organization shall comply with IC 7.1-5-10-15, IC 7.1-5-10-23, and any other provision of this title that applies to the furnishing of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises.

IC 7.1-5-10-15.5 Person furnishing alcoholic beverage; civil liability for damages; "furnish" defined
Sec. 15.5. (a) As used in this section, "furnish" includes barter, deliver, sell, exchange, provide, or give away.
(b) A person who furnishes an alcoholic beverage to a person is not liable in a civil action for damages caused by the impairment or intoxication of the person who was furnished the alcoholic beverage unless:
(1) the person furnishing the alcoholic beverage had actual knowledge that the person to whom the alcoholic beverage was furnished was visibly intoxicated at the time the alcoholic beverage was furnished; and
(2) the intoxication of the person to whom the alcoholic beverage was furnished was a proximate cause of the death, injury, or damage alleged in the complaint.
(c) If a person who is at least twenty-one (21) years of age suffers injury or death proximately caused by the person's voluntary intoxication, the:
(1) person;
(2) person's dependents;
(3) person's personal representative; or
(4) person's heirs;
may not assert a claim for damages for personal injury or death against a person who furnished an alcoholic beverage that contributed to the person's intoxication, unless subsections (b)(1) and (b)(2) apply.

IC 7.1-5-10-23Purchases for consumption off the licensed premises; proof of age
Sec. 23. It is a Class C infraction for a permittee or an employee or agent of a permittee to recklessly, knowingly, or intentionally sell, barter, exchange, provide, or furnish another person who is or reasonably appears to be less than forty (40) years of age an alcoholic beverage for consumption off the licensed premises without first requiring the person to produce:
(1) a driver's license;
(2) an identification card issued under IC 9-24-16-1 or a similar card issued under the laws of another state or the federal government; or
(3) a government issued document;
